Through a management buyout, Mersive's leadership team took ownership and control of the business. We are no longer controlled by private equity, and we are not a division of a public company.

Mersive announced that its management team had acquired a controlling interest in the company. The people running the business became its owners.
Polaris brings browser-based sharing, a shared workspace, and Polaris Cloud management to Mersive rooms. Rebuilding the business behind it is our responsibility.
