# Owned by the people who run it.

We are AV people who bought the company we run. Our job now is to rebuild Mersive around the customers and partners who depend on it.

The story

## We bought Mersive to rebuild it.

Through a management buyout, Mersive's leadership team took ownership and control of the business. We are no longer controlled by private equity, and we are not a division of a public company.

We bought Mersive to put it back on course. The business had lost its way under private equity ownership. We believed in the technology and the people, and we took ownership to rebuild it.

We are AV people. We care about what happens in the room, what it takes to deliver an installation, and whether you can depend on the company behind it. Owning Mersive means taking responsibility for all of that.

From Mersive Sol to Solstice, Mersive built technology that helped people share content in meeting rooms and classrooms. That work is the foundation we are building on.

Mersive announced that its management team had acquired a controlling interest in the company. The people running the business became its owners.
